Bug Description

I cannot install redmine on Ubuntu 17.10

Having upgraded Ubuntu to 17.10 I found that *redmine* is broken. I uninstalled it in order to install again (I didn't delete redmine's database from MySQL). But once uninstalled I cannot install redmine back.

It seems that the package is broken.
