Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install `redet` package with `sudo apt-get install redet`
3. Try to run redet from GUI terminal with `redet`
Expected results:
* redet window is opened
Actual results:
* redet window is not opened, terminal shows the following error:
$ redet
