Bug Description

Maybe this is a duplicase of bug #570133 so I have the same discripiton: When recordmydesktop is invoked with --on-the-fly-encoding switch, recorded file is played with video running ~twice faster than normal.

I opend a new report, because the other one is old. I will mark it as duplicase.
