Bug Description

Binary package hint: rebuildd

rebuildd-httpd 0.3.5 included in karmic has a bug and doesn't start causing this error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/rebuildd-httpd", line 36, in <module>
    RebuilddHTTPServer().start()
  File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/rebuildd/RebuilddHTTPServer.py", line 183, in start
    web.httpserver.runsimple(web.webapi.wsgifunc(web.webpyfunc(self.urls, globals(), False)),
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'wsgifunc'

This was fixed in 0.3.6, see:
http://<email address hidden>/msg237815.html

rebuildd 0.3.6 was already published for Lucid Lynx on 2009-11-06, I built it for karmic and I confirm that it works

Since more recent releases have already fixed this I'm marking it as fix released. Also this does not seem to be a good candidate for either an SRU or a backport since it is not a critical bug fix with a minimal fix, and karmic is outdated. It appears that lucid has a working version. If that is not the case, then it might be a candidate for a backport since it is an LTS.

Changed in rebuildd (Ubuntu):
status: New → Fix Released
