Bug Description

I tried importing the rdkit.Chem.inchi module in my python script. The functions I wanted to use were not working. Finally I realized that the file /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/rdkit/Chem/inchi.py is a symlink to an almost empty file with no function definitions.
