Bug Description

I have two machines, a laptop running Intrepid (wireless internet connection); and a desktop running Jaunty (wired internet connection). Both are connected on the same network.

I am able to connect successfully when the laptop (Intrepid) requests control of the desktop (Jaunty); however, when I try to go the opposite direction (Jaunty controlling Intrepid) I cannot connect. The laptop is listed under "hosts nearby." The error dialogue window pops up with "connection closed. Connection to host username's remote desktop on computername was closed."

Please let me know what additional logs you need. Thanks!

Similar problem: trying to connect to remote machine via "ssl-explorer-agent" mounting via loopback at local port (ie ssl-explorer-agent gives local port tunnel, then run rdesktop 127.0.0.1:port). Worked fine until Jaunty. Still works on my Intrepid box and on Arch partition. Under Jaunty get "connection reset by peer"
Is there a change in Jaunty's package of rdesktop?

Unless I'm severely mistaken, there is no such thing as an RDP server for Linux yet.
