Bug Description
when using opensource radeon driver on Radeon HD 8400, certain operation in rdesktop like scrolling "eats" whole cpu power. using -b switch (force bitmap updates) helps
tested on 14.04 trusty, 14.10 utopic
no such issue with fglrx
