Bug Description
Binary package hint: rasmol
rasmon package contains two executable: rasmol-gtk (run by default) and rasmon-classic. On Jaunty rasmol-gtk does not work on any source file, rasmol-classic (lesstif?) works (low resolution/colors). It used to work on past ubuntu versions. The problem seems connected with the gktlib. Since it starts normally, to see the malfunction you need a simple data file.
Attached is a simple example data file, just save it with .xyz extension and load it with -xyz option with rasmol.

I verify that the file finpos.xyz does not produce anything on the screen in the gtk version of rasmol. However, I don't think the program hangs, since it is possible to load a .pdb file after finpos.xyz, creating a display as expected.
Another matter is that the image looks awful, everything is dotted, and rasmol-gtk segfaults when you pass it a switch it doesn't know about. Rasmol-classic is also broken in various ways.
