Bug Description

Hi,
Rapidsvn is currently incompatible with subversion 1.9 (https://github.com/RapidSVN/RapidSVN/issues/6) .

A fix has been merged into master (https://github.com/RapidSVN/RapidSVN/pull/12 ) on 2016-11-15

Would it be possible to create and distribute a newer packet ?
