radioclk has given me a ton of grief and perhaps it is the reason i have had the last five installs (of lubuntu 18.04) (in the last week)

My impression here is that radioclk was not functional in the first place, most likely because it was not configured or lacked the required hardware:

radioclk[29753]: Starting Radio Clock daemon: radioclkd: error powering up receiver

and the update failed because it tried to restart the daemon. Does this make sense?

I'm marking this report as Incomplete while waiting for additional information.

I get no sound because Radio Clk will not install properly on Ubuntu Mate 22.04 64bit. Please fix this BUG! Thanks in advance.
