(I just want see a <Avengers: Endgame> on TV use ubuntu samba to sharing， why it doesn't work?)

I installed the official driver(GBE Ethernet LINUX driver r8168 for kernel up to 4.15 8.047 2019/08/02 107 KB)，it can work，but，it need hardware connected Display ,it can not work if it didn't connect display.(Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS,Desktop)
