r-cran-dimred: Please RM armhf binaries

A recent upload dropped support for 32-bit architectures:

r-cran-dimred (0.2.6-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * d/control: stop building for 32-bit architectures as upstream doesn't
    support them. Closes: #1074529

Please remove the old binary package built for armhf from Oracular:
