qxrunner fails to build from source in Ubuntu 17.10 Alpha "artful" with cppunit 1.14

qxrunner appears to be abandoned upstream and is not packaged in Debian.

The attached patch will fix this. However, qxrunner appears to be dead upstream (http:// qxrunner. systest. ch/download/ current/ shows no downloads newer that the currently packaged version, 0.9.2, from 2009 or earlier) and this is an Ubuntu-only package that has experienced only maintenance uploads since it was introduced in Lucid. So I am not uploading this package to artful. Instead, I am removing the package from artful and leaving it in artful-proposed, and if someone thinks this package is useful to still have in Ubuntu they can upload it.
