quota does not correctly report for quotas above 2 TB

Bug Description
On an NFS3 mounted directories with quota enabled, the quota command does not correctly report the size of the quota.
It looks like it displays the quota modulo 2TB. For example a quota of 7 TB is show as 1 TB.
Same for usage reported.
This is against an Sun/Oracle ZFS Storag 7230 appliance.
