quickly design tries to launch glade-3

The design command in the quickly ubuntu-application template tries to launch "glade-3". Oneiric no longer uses that name, but only "glade".

Thanks for your bug report and help to make Quickly better. However, this bug has already been fixed in trunk by xdatap, thanks to him :)
