Do not commit the build directory

Bug Description
I've noticed that before a release Quickly does an automatic commit.
While this is fine, it committed the build directory, which was full of temporary and binary files that should not be kept under version control.
I'd suggest adding build/ to .bzrignore in the first commit upon creation of a new project.
