Bug Description
I have an icon for quassel in the dock, so I can easily launch it. When I launch it, instead of putting a little dot beside the application icon, it creates a whole new one with a gear icon and the mouseover title 'org.kde.quassel'.
This didn't happen in 22.04, it behaved normally there.
