Bug Description
I've just installed quassel on a new installation of Kubuntu 20.04. I see that although the IRC server is correctly set to Ubuntu specific the Network name is 'Lubuntu IRC' and #lubuntu is a channel that is set for me to join automatically upon connection.
As a Kubuntu user I have no wish to see any Lubuntu specific settings. Ubuntu perhaps but Lubuntu no. Obviously, I would expect to be connected to #kubuntu.

Since this is on Focal, and considering neither lubuntu-settings nor kubuntu- default- settings contain the setting, I'm marking both of those as "Won't Fix." However, for quassel, this is being fixed in Kinetic Kudu and as an SRU for 22.04. Therefore, I'm marking this as a duplicate of that SRU (as I discovered this after filing the SRU).
