Bug Description
To integrate the Mir client platform plugin into the Qt source tree, it needs to follow the Qt Project conventions:
* C++ class names should start with upper-case 'Q'
* C++ file names should start with lower-case 'q'
* The license headers need to follow a specific pattern
* Whitespace needs to be cleaned up
