Bug Description

We should be using the application name as the app id.

Use Case:
Mir sessions have a "name" property, which is derived from the application id. All applications are set to the same id (QtUbuntu) when this QPA is used.

There is a typo in the patch:
u_application_id_new_from_stringn(name.data(), 8) should be u_application_id_new_from_stringn(name.data(), name.size())

(sorry, couldn't figure out how to do inline comments)
