Bug Description
It would be nice if media-hub support the playbackRate property [1] of Qt MediaPlayer as it is a feature that is quite common in podcast apps to support different playback rates.

If this was assigned to the phone team, which is now gone, then who should be taking it now?
| Jim Hodapp (jhodapp) wrote : | #3 |
@Joe: This should be the upstream QtMultimedia project now. If you want to implement it yourself, they will work with you to get a patch accepted and merged into their master branch.

Sorry, I was too fast on my comment without re-reading. Nobody currently handles media-hub or qtubuntu-media. Do you really need this implemented in these two pieces? Is someone using these two things somewhere else?
