Many misspelled words - Kubuntu install

Bug Description

I run liveCD (Kubuntu 6.06.1)
I start the install program.
If I try to delete a partition to make room for kubuntu I get messages in english where almost every 3rd word is misspelled.
It is not very reassuring when a HD partitioning program gives unintelligible or incomprehensible messages!

Beside that it asks questions too cryptic for me about partitioning. The word "mount" does not make sense for me as a not-yet-Linux-user.

I imagine this is mostly qtparted's fault.
