[Hardy] qtparted v0.4.5-cvs starts with kdesudo only

Bug Description
Kubuntu Hardy, qtparted doesn't starts from kmenù. Works with "kdesudo qtparted" only.

I confirm this bug on my Kubuntu 8.04 LTS system. Tagging bug as confirmed.
A workaround is to change the command option for qtparted in the kmenu editor from the original 'qtparted-root' to 'kdesudo qtparted'.
