qtox has fixed window size, no window decorations

qtox has fixed window size, no window decorations

in 22.10, qtox had window decorations which I could use to resize the application

in 23.04 (which I upgraded to today 20230504) qtox has no window decorations, so I cannot resize the application window using the mouse

I CAN resize the window using window manager shortcuts which I have, to maximise vertically, and/ or to maximize horizontally

so I can resize it in those 2 limited ways

it seems I cannot move the qtox window
