   - Remove usr/include/QtMessaging/ from qtmobility-dev

  * Update debian/rules:
    - add connectivity to the list of modules.
    - add -languages configure option.
    - remove pkgconfig fix - pkgconfig files aren't shipped undet Linux.
    - fix executable permissions files.
    - fix typo libs -> lib.
  * Update debian/*.install files.
