resizing windows not working properly

try resizing it, after releasing the mouse it will always resize itself back to be tiny...

from the screenshots and description it doesn't seem to be exactly the same, however, it might very well be related as both happen on resizing. The other doesn't update the app to the new size, this one makes unity8 resize the window back to what the app thinks it is.

While seemingly different bugs, both could be caused by Unity8 failing to send resize events to clients. And one or two other Unity8 resizing bugs I've misplaced right now...

checking unity8's code again, I am very confident this happens in lower layers, likely miral.
