Bug Description
I've installed the packages qtiplot and qtiplot-doc, but when I select "help" from the menu the help files are not found. Probably some kind of misconfiguration.

1. Path to qtplot help files is invalid: /usr/share/ qtiplot/ manual In fact, manual is located in /usr/share/ qtiplot- doc/manual/ html (part of qtiplot-doc package)
2. File qtiplot.adp is missing, there is qtiplot.adp.gz intstead.
3. Fixing path and gunzipping qtiplot.adp removed warnings, but help does not show.
