Bug Description

** Background (long-winded)

My primary box (that I use for almost everything).
- dell [optiplex] 960 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)

On Tuesday morning I ran UWN scripts that generated certain files that get posted to various sites.

Pasting from my `qterminal` window

guiverc@d960-ubu2:~/uwn$ cat issues/673/microblog.txt ; mousepad issues/673/fridge.post
Issue 673 of the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter is here! Covering the week of February 28 - March 6, 2021 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWewsletter/Issue673

** Actual results

I tried to right-click the qterminal window and copy the URL, but it's no longer complete!

important bit is the URL has now had
"UbuntuWewsletter" shrunk from what it was, ie. instead of "UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter"

meaning some of my pastes (mewe which was done late) were wrong! That was days ago now

If I do it again

guiverc@d960-ubu2:~/uwn$ cat issues/673/microblog.txt
Issue 673 of the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter is here! Covering the week of February 28 - March 6, 2021 https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter/Issue673

The 'cut' appears to be where the right-size of the window is.. likely because I've re-sized the window between Tuesday morning & Now (Friday arvo).

** Expected result

I'd expect a RIGHT-CLICK and COPY.LINK.ADDRESS to get the full URL even if I've re-size the window.

I can work around this; I keep a tab open just for UWN; I won't do that in future (so I'm not tempted to just COPY-LINK-ADDRESS without reading it)

I just noticed this, and haven't explored it yet.

** Suspected cause

I suspect it's related to me re-sizing the window, which there is a very good chance I've done that between tuesday morning & now, as I don't consider consequences of that..

I just re-sized that window and right-click COPY.LINK.ADDRESS again (same URL) and now it's

ie. "Ubuntwsletter" instead of "UbuntuWeeklyNewsletter"

Shrink window again and COPY.LINK.ADDRESS is

qterminal window which I right-click & COPY-LINK-ADDRESS from

the 'perl publish-uwn.pl 673' & first `cat issues/673..` was executed my local Tuesday morning.

I usually leave `htop` running in the tab, why it appears a number of times

finally the `cat issues/673/..` to view the same detail again today.. note the line appears longer on the just executed `cat` HOWEVER that file was generated by the `perl publish-uwn` script & I've not run it again elsewhere..

opensuse tumbleweed (2021-02-22; updating now).

resizing the window (smaller) and the COPY.LINK.ADDRESS becomes invalid just as it did in Lubuntu.
