Bug Description
no bug/crash, just an annoyance; LUBUNTU 18.10
my test machines are a dell d610, and thinkpad t43 with low resolutions (1024x768) screens.
when I open qterminal, and go to preferences, there is no OK/CANCEL/APPLY buttons visible due to size of my screens. ideally the window would be smaller, such that these buttons would be on screen.
i can adjust/resize the top [of window]down, move/drag window up, adjust the top/size of window down again, move/drag up again, and then view the OK/CANCEL/APPLY buttons, but this requires two movements a new user may not think of. it's a mild annoyance only.
cause is the 1024x768 resolution of these laptops i believe (bottom panel doesn't hide, or at least not by default), and window needs >768[-32] pixels vertically.
apologies if this has already been noted; I looked and didn't see any. importance = very low!
