ubuntu 18.04 lags a lot,my lappy never shuts down completely ; i have to force shut down by long press, nowadays the touchpad right click is not working , some apps i installed are not working as required , i hae to repeatedly switch off the pc and restart , please look into the problem asap

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
