When playing the "headphone test" it cranked the volume of my virtual output to over 15k%. My speakers nearly killed themselves.

Bug Description
Summary says it all. The volume percentage was checked with `pavucontrol.` The tone played fine. Then this happened, I thought it would just stay at the same volume.
