[PATCH] Fix infinite loop in QQmlIncubator::forceCompletion

We are getting this 100% of the times on Ubuntu Touch if using lp:~unity-team/unity8/dash-filtergrid-renderers so we had to revert the code.

With this patch this works fine again.

I can confirm that the packages in that ppa + https://code.launchpad.net/~aacid/unity8/unrevertr388 work while previously it got stuck in an infinite loop.

Cimi should be doing a second test.

I'm not finding any regressions having run (using surfaceflinger) all the autopilot tests that are used in image validation. Added this to Landing Asks to have it scheduled for landing.
