Unfortunately it causes segfault when trying to start unity8:

The new fix has been committed and does not seem to break anything. Copied to normal Qt 5.1 PPA.

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:canonical-qt5-edgers/qt5-beta-proper
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
reboot
