Bug Description

Hi,

It seems QBS can't build projects referencing to Qt.core in Ubuntu 16.04.1.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install QBS and Qt creator
- In Qt creator, create a QBS projects ("Non-Qt-Project/Plain C++ Application")
- In the .qbs file, add the line Depends{name: "Qt.core"} inside the CppApplication item
- Build

Expected result:
The project builds without errors

Actual result:
Build error:
:-1: error: /home/chris/.config/QtProject/qtcreator/qbs/profiles/qtc_Test3_6789576e/modules/Qt/core/core.qbs:239:26 Error while calling Rule.outputArtifacts: Error: There are 0 scanners for the file tag cpp. Expected is exactly one.

Note:
A similar bug was reported and fixed for debian:

Maybe, it it is enough to merge the fix?
