qtcreator 3.1.1 404 error for most items in help menu

1. To reproduce install qtcreator by sudo apt-get install qtcreator.2. Then launch qtcreator from the menu in LXDE or however else you would noramlly launch an application. 4. Then see the GUI of Qtcreator launch.5. Then on the menu bar click on help. Move the mouse to contents. See the 404 error in the title of the tab in qtcreator and saying the page cannot be found. Clicking on index context help and techincal support.

I expected to see documentation for qt. Instead I saw a 404 error. '

I also search online to find the Qt creator documentation and only see documentation for Qt creator 3.1 and 3.2 but not 3.1.1 Notice how the url in the Qt creator for says 1.
