Missing package dependency for qtcreator

Bug Description

Bug:

Open "qtcreator" in the terminal, without having installed any additional packages exccept vanilla Ubuntu and "qtcreator". Observation: The welcome screen is broken ("welcome" tab on the left), while other tabs work as expected.

Solution:

install "qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin"

Suggestion:

add this as a dependency.

I figured out that this bug also depends on the selected graphics driver. I observed it on two different computers, each equiped with Intel and nvidia graphics. Sadly, I canot reproduce nor remember which combination caused the problems.
