Welcome screen in qtcreator is empty - missing project / session management

Bug Description

On qtcreator's welcome screen i am used to find a projectmanager/sessionmanager to open previous used projects. But this screen is empty!
With QtCreator 3.0, this projectmanager depends to QtQuick2, on which the QtCreator package does not depend.
Please include the package "qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin" to "qtcreator"

As this dependency is required for qtcreator to function properly, the dependency should be in qtcreator's DEBIAN/control

Fixed at least since Ubuntu 16.04 via dependency on qml-module-qtquick2.
For reference: qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin became a transitional dummy package for that one.
