Bug Description

The Ubuntu Personal Store requires the click package uploaders to set "Developer namespace" which also is required to be present in the actual .click file name and manifest uploaded to the store. The current wizard for creating a new click package does not have any concept for the "Developer Namespace" and a new developer can't make any connection between the store "developer namespace" and click application name from the official ubuntu documentation.

Expected Result:
1. Developer Namespace is explained in the official developer documentation
2. Developer namespace is explained in relation to the click package name.
3. SDK QtC asks for the developer namespace (and reminds that it's the same as set in the store account)
4. SDK QtC validates the namespace

Actual Result:
None of above.
