Bug Description

New projects templates (irrespective of the project type) default to the "ubuntu-core-15.04" framework in the manifest.json which is not valid or recognized by the ubuntu touch vivid images. On trying to run such a project on the phone results in the following error message,

The framework list is pulled from the Store -> https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/api/click-framework/

The framework ubuntu-core-15.04 is listed there and marked is available.

All available frameworks are listed in the QtCreator. If it should not be shown in the SDK the Store either needs to remove it, or mark it as obsolete.
