/etc/xdg/QtProject/qtlogging.ini disables qDebug() logging of all Qt 5 libraries installed on the system

Bug Description
The file globally disables all qDebug() for any Qt 5 installation on the system.
Instead, as in other distros (Fedora), it should go to:
QT_INSTALL_DATA , instead of /etc/xdg/QtProject:
qmake -qt=qt5 -query QT_INSTALL_DATA
/usr/share/qt5
