Bug Description

ISSUE:

In KDE applications, such as Kolourpaint, the dialog used to save files is the KFileDialog.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The GTK+ dialog should be used for saving files.

The GTK+ dialog is used to open files and the dialog to save files should also be the GTK+ dialog.
