qt5 missing integer atomics for s390x, hence test suite failures.

FWIW specific atomics for each platform are no longer necessary with modern compilers, so you can drop the s390x one altogether if it's broken. Like done for MIPS: <http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-kde/qt/qtbase.git/tree/debian/patches/mips_no_atomic.diff>.
