libqt4-sql refuses to load extensions in sqlite

Bug Description

Despite the fact that qt is built with system sqlite3, it refuses to load extensions.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.10
Release: 11.10

To run the test case run:

qmake -project

add "QT += sql" to the *.pro file.

When running on precise, I get:

kev@nine:~/Downloads/temp$ ./temp
BUG! load_extension should work due to -system-sqlite in build
QSqlError(1, "Unable to fetch row", "not authorized")
