[qt] Fonts in QT applications cannot be changed at all

The fonts in apps which use QT cannot be changed at all through 'qtconfig' anymore. 'qtconfig' actually does nothing now. I think that sth blocks it.

For example, in Skype there is no other way for changing the fonts and the default ones are super small.
