qt3-dev-tools: 3:3.3.8-b-8ubuntu3
Missing cstddef in qvaluevector.h for ptrdiff_t (same issue as qmap.h and qvaluelist.h already fixed)
A simple correction as in qmap.h and qvaluelist.h with a #include <cstddef> after #include <vector>
