Binary package hint: qt3-qtconfig

Qt3 configuration utility has no menu icon in Karmic, althogh had one in Jaunty.

Here is a 48x48 icon.
I copied tools/qvfb/images/logo.png from the sources,
removed 1 pixel borders and added a transparent
background.
