Bug Description

When asking pkg-config for the path to the moc-compiler, the path to the Qt5 version of moc is returned for the Qt4 package.

$ pkg-config --variable=moc_location QtCore
/usr/bin/moc
$ pkg-config --modversion QtCore
4.8.4
$ /usr/bin/moc -v
Qt Meta Object Compiler version 67 (Qt 5.0.2)

In my case, it's quite clear from examining the contents of /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/QtCore.pc that the path is wrong.
