Bug Description

In package libqtgstreamer-dev_0.10.1-2ubuntu4_amd64 the global.h file is missing from /usr/include/QtGStreamer/QGst/Utils.

I was able to repair this by adding the file from the source package available on the QTGtreamer web site.
