qRFCView should display GZipped files correctly

Binary package hint: qrfcview

The packages containing RFCs in the repositories install GZipped text files. qRFCView displays binary data when selecting these files.

It would be much more useful if the app would uncompress the file automatically (either using the file extension or using 'file' to detect the compression).

I think the change needs to go in mdichild.cpp, but I'm not a C++/Qt programmer.
