Import error: No module named Image

I just upgraded to 18.04.

Qreator Installed: 16.06.1-2

I just installed via apt, qreator. It won't start. Launching from terminal I get:

I found a corresponding bug report in Debian with the same error message, so I've taken the liberty to mark this as confirmed and add a bug watch.
